I have fallen behind on sharing my good news!

My local friends and followers will have several opportunities to see my work in local venues in the coming weeks. And I’m thrilled. It is always fun to be invited into a venue in another city, but it is even more fun to see familiar faces at an opening reception.

So here’s the first opportunity: #50@$50 at the 210 Gallery, 210 W. Alabama in Ruston, La. This is essentially a one-night show: January 24, 5:30 – 8 p.m.

My sweet little chipping sparrow is the one piece I will have in the show. Like all of the other 49 artworks in the show, it will be for sale for $50 and the purchaser can take it off the wall and take it home that night after 7 p.m.

This is the third year the North Central Louisiana Arts Council has sponsored this show, and it is a fundraiser for them. So your dollars can both support an artist and a good cause!
